Welcome to StayStrat. By accessing or using our website at staystrat.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

StayStrat provides AI-powered optimization analysis for short-term rental listings on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. Our services include:

• Free STR Calculator (free listing score)
• STR Health Check (one-time detailed listing analysis)
• Listing optimization reports (title, description, photos, amenities, pricing, competitive analysis)
• Pricing Intelligence (AI-powered pricing recommendations, subscription)
• Rank Tracker (search position tracking, subscription)

2. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

One-time purchases: Listing optimization reports and STR Health Checks are one-time payments. Once generated, reports are non-refundable as the AI analysis is performed immediately upon purchase.

Subscriptions: Pricing Intelligence, Rank Tracker, and Performance Bundle are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Contact support@staystrat.com.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until renewal.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Not professional advice. StayStrat provides AI-generated analysis and recommendations for informational purposes only. Our reports, pricing recommendations, and optimization suggestions are:

• Generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies
• Not a substitute for professional hospitality consulting, financial advice, or legal counsel
• Based on data available at the time of generation and may not reflect current market conditions
• Recommendations only — you are solely responsible for any changes you make to your listings or pricing

We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue increases, booking improvements, or search ranking changes from following our recommendations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts or proprietary algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to our reports
• Submit false or misleading listing data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Use automated tools to access our services beyond normal usage

6. Intellectual Property

Our content: The StayStrat platform, including its design, code, AI models, prompts, and methodology, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.

Your content: You retain ownership of the listing data you provide. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of generating reports and analysis.

Generated reports: You may use the AI-generated reports and recommendations for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute reports as a standalone product.

7. Third-Party Platforms

StayStrat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, VRBO, or any other short-term rental platform. We analyze publicly available listing data and provide independent optimization recommendations. Use of platform names is for descriptive purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayStrat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, bookings, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@staystrat.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to reports and data will cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
